The contoured design is intended to accommodate the eye area without pressing the window tightly against the eyes.

Although some light and shapes may remain visible, the window is not designed for normal, unobstructed vision. Always use the device while seated or reclining, and never while walking, driving or performing activities requiring clear vision.

How to Use Your HaloEase™ 360

1. Prepare: Sit or recline comfortably in a safe, quiet place. Remove contact lenses and ensure the eye area is comfortable.

2. Position: Place the contoured eye window over the eye area without pressing it firmly against your eyes.

3. Adjust: Secure the wraparound band and fastening tabs so the device feels stable, but not tight.

4. Start gently: Press and hold the Power / Level button, then select Level 1.

5. Choose your warmth: Leave heat off initially, or select the lowest setting if suitable and comfortable.

6. Relax: Keep your head supported and enjoy the automatic 10-minute cycle.

7. Finish: Remove the device gently, allow it to cool and store it in a clean, dry place.
