How does it work?
Unlike a traditional massage device that kneads your muscles with moving rollers, NeuroEase™ Lite uses small electrical pulses delivered through metal contact pads.
These pulses create sensations that may feel like tapping, tingling or gentle muscle stimulation. Different modes change the pattern of these sensations, while the intensity controls let you adjust their strength.
The warming function provides additional comfort.
What can you realistically expect? Some people find electrical pulse stimulation pleasant and relaxing, and may experience temporary relief from a sensation of muscle tension. Results vary from person to person.
This device does not physically massage deep muscles, correct spinal alignment or treat the underlying causes of neck pain.

Choose from three supplier-described massage patterns and adjust across 15 intensity settings.
For the most comfortable experience, start at the lowest setting and increase gradually. A stronger setting is not necessarily better.
Simple to use

Charge the device using the supplied USB cable.

Place the curved massager comfortably around the back of your neck, with the metal pads contacting clean, slightly damp skin.

Switch it on and select your preferred mode.

Begin at the lowest intensity and increase only if comfortable.

Select the warming function if desired.

Relax while seated during your session. The device is designed to switch off automatically after approximately 15 minutes.
