What does a pulse neck massager actually do?

Unlike a traditional massager with moving rollers, NeuroEase™ 6 uses small electrical pulses delivered through six metal contact pads.

These pulses create sensations that may feel like tapping, tingling or gentle muscle stimulation. You can change the pulse pattern and strength to suit your comfort.

The warming function adds another relaxing sensation.

Does it treat neck pain? Some people enjoy electrical pulse stimulation and may experience temporary comfort or a reduced sensation of tension. However, individual responses vary, and this device has not been established as a treatment for neck injuries, cervical arthritis, disc problems or nerve compression.

Six contact pads: what is the advantage?

The six-pad arrangement is designed to provide contact over a wider area than a basic two-pad neck massager.

This may offer a different, more distributed stimulation experience. It does not mean that the device massages six times more deeply or is six times more effective.

Choose your preferred settings

With six advertised pulse patterns and 15 intensity levels, you can personalise each session.

Start with the lowest intensity. Increase gradually only if the sensation remains comfortable. A stronger pulse is not necessarily more beneficial.

Easy relaxation at home

1. Charge the device according to the supplied instructions.

2. Place the massager around the back of your neck, ensuring the contact pads sit in the approved position.

3. If instructed by the manufacturer, lightly moisten the contact area with water.

4. Switch on and begin at the lowest intensity.

5. Choose your preferred pulse pattern and warming setting.

6. Remain seated and awake during use. Stop if you feel discomfort.
