Long wait

I gave this a low rating because I have not received the product yet. and when I placed the order I had to contact them days later to get tracking information . I have never known a company that did not sent a “Your order has shipped “ email with the tracking number . When a company fails to send a confirmation with tracking number email it makes me uneasy and wander if the order is stuck in the process chain.
